"Cheapest 4 star hotel I’ve ever found in Japan .5200 yen on Sunday With Onsen and large room. 15 minutes to Hakodate city on ltd express . No problem with rail pass . "

"I liked pretty much everything about the place. It had a balcony and had ready access to most parts of Hakodate. The main improvement I would suggest is some form of anti-slip mat in the shower room. "

"Second time I stayed here (last year it was Flexstay Inn). The only issues were this spikey metal coil I found in the carpet and removed myself (not too bad), and the toilet seat dipped down on the left side when you sit down. Otherwise a perfect stay. Thank you!"
